About Mind Step Leadership
Leadership coaching & development
MindStep Leadership offers certified coaching, leadership tools and programs for leaders and organisations. It helps people lead in a way that reflects who they are, with real-world leaders as guides.
What we did
We built the brand website as three connected services: a Next.js front end, a custom API with secure accounts and file uploads, and a headless CMS so the team can manage their own content.
- Built the frontend with HeroUI / Radix components and Lottie motion.
- Developed a custom Express API with JWT auth, bcrypt password hashing, rate limiting and S3 file uploads.
- Managed editorial content in a Strapi CMS backed by PostgreSQL.
